Privacy Policy Update

Yes, we too have a GDPR-related update! For more details on what GDPR is head over here. For the most part, not much has changed- everything you share on StackShare is public and our stack is always up to date, so in theory, you already know where your data has been going 😜

But in case you don't keep tabs on our stack, we've updated our Privacy Policy to include more details about how and why we store your data. Here are some highlights:
  • What Personal Data Do We Collect From You (tl;dr - whatever is in your profile + analytics and site usage data)
  • How and With Whom Do We Share Your Data (tl;dr - software vendors in our stack)
  • What Rights Do You Have Regarding Your Personal Data (tl;dr - you can delete your profile and associated data anytime or ask us to do it for you)
We'll be making more progress on giving you access to the data we store on you in the coming weeks and months, so stay tuned.

Happy stacking!
